How to choose saw blade matrix

Carbon tool steel has high thermal conductivity and high carbon content, but its hardness and wear resistance decrease sharply under the temperature of 200 ℃ - 250 ℃, and it is easy to crack due to large heat treatment deformation, poor hardenability and long tempering time. Manufacturing economic materials such as T8A, T10A, T12A, etc. for cutting tools.

3. Compared with carbon tool steel, alloy tool steel has better heat resistance, wear resistance and treatment performance. The temperature of heat-resistant deformation is 300 ℃ - 400 ℃, which is suitable for manufacturing high-grade alloy circular saw blade.

4. The high-speed tool steel has good hardenability, strong hardness and rigidity, less heat-resistant deformation and belongs to ultra-high strength steel. It is suitable for manufacturing high-grade ultra-thin saw blade with stable thermoplasticity.
